Sudoku is a number logic puzzle from Japan. In Japanese ("Su" means number, and "Doku" refers to the single cell on the board where that each number can fit") It was first published outside of Japan in 1979 and has appeared in various publications since before becoming an international craze in 2005.

Playing Sudoku is simple and requires no math skills. Sudoku is played on a 9x9 grid. To play all you have to do is place a number from 1 to 9 to in each cell. To complete the puzzle each row, column and 3x3 square in the puzzle must contain only one occurrence of each number. Easy (well easy at the beginning!)

Why another Sudoku for the palm?

Well, we wanted to create a Sudoku game that looked and felt like you were solving puzzles from a book whilst still maintaining the benefits of playing Sudoku on an electronic device.

This means your progress on each puzzle is individually saved and so you can complete the puzzles in any order without losing you progress on any previous puzzles you have attempted.

Also our puzzles are handmade and graded, in our opinion making the puzzles more interesting and fun to do than computer generated ones.

As you go through the difficulty levels you will require more advanced techniques to solve each puzzle culminating in the Fiendish level where things get very interesting!

All puzzles are solvable by logic alone so you never need to guess.

• Supports OS5 320x320, 160x160 Colour/Mono.
